For each subscription dollar we pay, we can get a one hour credit, and the services just deduct the minutes watched. the video appeared less than 30 seconds after i started downloading. Netflix strives for consitent streaming, adjusting picture based on bandwidth. For example, low internet speed connection will degrade the picture quality.
