Sales of HD DVD players have topped 100,000 units

2nd generation Toshiba HD DVD players are now available for under $400. Although the Blu-Ray format leads in software sales, not as many players have been sold, and many of those are PlayStation 3s. Despite what should have been technical superiority for the Blu-Ray format, many video enthusiasts believe the first generation of HD DVD titles delivered a crisper picture. More on the story here:
