First Amendment Extends to MySpace, Court Says

First Amendment rights have always been a particularly heated issue with regards to the Internet ... this recent article on CNN details a small victory for MySpace users. A young girl (only listed as "A.B" in court documents because of her age) was criminally charged and placed on probation for a posting she made on MySpace about her school principal.
