First Amendment rights have always been a particularly heated issue with regards to the Internet ... this recent article on CNN details a small victory for MySpace users. A young girl (only listed as "A.B" in court documents because of her age) was criminally charged and placed on probation for a posting she made on MySpace about her school principal. She argued that her comments were protected under the state and federal constitutions, and the Court of Appeals in her state agreed. The full article can be viewed at:
