Google is ready to introduce a new tool that automatically report acts of piracy on its YouTube video site to media owners. I wonder how well the tool will work? I guess it's the same principal as a music player application going out and finding the name of an unnamed track that's playing? It looks for audio "fingerprints" in the soundtrack.
