To whom it may concern,
Has anyone heard of FreshBooks? This is brilliant, take a look at www.FreshBooks.com. This a software which caters to small service business which want to simple way to bill customers.
It’s a web-based invoicing service relatively inexpensive at just $14 per month for companies with fewer than 25 clients. It also has a manager which is a higher fee and handle up to as many as 5000 customers.
FreshBooks handles only invoicing, accounts receivable, collection and basic time tracking. Other software are needed for instance Intuits QuickBooks or Sage’s Simply Accounting to handle managing other aspects of your books.
This software does not track inventory and support multiple currencies in the same account.
What you can do is notify your client of invoice by e-mail. Your customer can visit their invoice on the FreshBooks site and account history.
FreshBooks has its limitation, although the reason I am suggesting this software is most people would like to start small businesses. Through my experience, invoice are some of the most messy and misfiled documents I have ever seen.
What I suggest is, if you are starting a small business then leave the hard copy filing world and use electronic filing as a source. It requires no space for filing cabinets and a lot more organized and cleaner.

Raul
