City views pricey computer upgrade

The city of San Diego is trying to implement ERP. So far the cost is going to be $36.5 million with an expected over run of $10 million. They are concerned with if in the end it will make any difference. San Diego has been visiting different cities that have ERP software to determine who they want to use. They have looked at SAP and Oracle.
