Would You Give Up Deodorant Or A Spouse For E-Mail?

This is an interesting survey. E-mail has become so important to people that they are willing to give up on some of the most important things in their life. Over 50% of people are willing to give up coffee or chocolate. At the most extreme 6% said they would give up their home rather than lose their email. I never saw the importance of having email accessible anywhere until last week when I got an email on my phone that told me a class was cancelled. It allowed me to sleep in the next day. I usually don’t check my email daily except what come on my phone, so there are things that I would be willing to give up. How about you?

I believe that e-mail is an important part of today's society ... but honestly, I don't view it as something that I would give up my house or spouse for! I try to make sure that e-mail doesn't become an addiction, because it's supposed to be a useful tool, not a way of life. Just my two cents, though ...
