Motorola reveals nanocrystal chip

This would be the replacement for the current flash disks. The material that it is made of is much thinner. This will allow for more chips per wafer. In other words there is a greater capacity for larger storage capabilities. The current silicon technology is reaching its limit. This might be a solution but Motorola has just begun to ship test sample to other companies.
